All dishes used to be washed, dried, and put away prior to departure.
No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes on property.
No events allowed.
No wet towels on beds.
Leave key in the door on departure.
Keep your pet with you and under control during your stay.

Standard change/cancellation policy (applies unless advised otherwise):
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days before the arrival date/time incur a 15% administration fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days and more than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a 50% administration fee.
The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice.
Please advise us as soon as possible if your circumstances change. We are reasonable and accommodating people.
